WHO WE ARE

Hi everyone and thank you for been here. Let me introduce myself. My name is Milton Alvarez i’m a 37 years old happy father of four kids and i consider myself as a conscious hard worker and self motivated person.

My company has been growing step by step, first in 2003 i started working in a construction company, at that time i was 19 years old and obviously with no experience in construction i was assigned to joint the crew who used to perform  carpentry, painting, drywall and wood flooring projects. After three years of hard work and getting the skills and experience in construction i was anxious to start my own business and founded Milton Alvarez Painting LLC a painting, carpentry and wood flooring company, years later bue to high demand on the business i decided to provide general contruction services then in 2014 i founded my company MAP CONTRACTOR, LLC and now we basicaly provide all kinds of general construction services that includes full house remodeling, additions, kitches, bathrooms and much more.
